• Sometimes life can feel like it’s a bit of a struggle
it can become incredibly challenging and confusing, zapping your energy and leaving you feeling exhausted. It’s very easy to get bogged down with problems.

Together we can work to help you make sense of this. Perhaps my counselling approach can show you a way to ‘take a breath’ and step back from life to see what’s really going on.

About me

Before qualifying as a Counsellor my background has mainly been working within the Corporate world in Central London. Following my own cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatments, I decided to take my life in a completely different direction with an aim to focus on helping others to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

A thirst for learning and an infinite curiosity about people lead me to retrain as a Person Centred Counsellor.

Person Centred
Counselling Southport

You might be wondering what Person Centred Counsellor means, this is the approach I follow, I don’t direct you or tell you what to do. Instead, I offer the space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and worries at your own pace. Afterall, no one knows you quite like you do, you are the expert on you.

Person Centred counselling believes that given the right sort of support you are capable of reaching your full potential, whatever that may be. I believe that our working partnership is most important in helping you work through what’s brought you to the counselling process.
